This telehealth therapy group teaches practical CBT skills to help you pause, reflect, and respond to life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

Topics include:

  • Identifying and challenging thought patterns

  • Recognizing thought distortions aka thinking errors (magnifying and catastrophizing, black-and-white thinking, etc.)

  • Using challenging thoughts to shift perspective

  • Goal-setting, distraction techniques, and emotion management

  • Building positive self-beliefs based on personal strengths

Who it's for: Adults 25+ looking to break free from automatic negative reactions, manage difficult emotions more effectively, and develop healthier thinking habits in a supportive group setting.

Cost: $50/session; eight week commitment required.


Adulting 101:

Life Skills & support for Emerging Adults

Eight Week semi-structured group for adults ages 23–33

This telehealth group helps young adults build emotional and practical tools for navigating life with more confidence. In person elements will be determined on a class by class basis.

Topics include:

  • Emotional regulation & communication

  • Budgeting & daily life organization

  • Self-advocacy & healthy boundaries

  • Dating, friendship, and workplace relationships

Who it’s for: Adults ages 23 - 33 looking for real-life skills, and support in a relatable, judgment-free space.

Cost: $35/session with an eight-week minimum commitment.
